How to impersonate and sound like the Joker in the Dark Knight

I really want the learn how to sound like and impersonate the Joker from the Dark Knight. I saw the movie and was instantly inspired by Heath Ledger’s amazing performance. I know the script to the scenes I just need to learn how to sound like the Joker.

   Its def possible, you’d prob just have to practice for a bit with a tape recorder. Here is some info on how Ledger came up with his character.

   To prepare for the role, Ledger lived alone in a hotel room for a month, formulating the character’s posture, voice, and psychology, and kept a diary, in which he recorded the Joker’s thoughts and feelings.[12][16] While he initially found it difficult, Ledger eventually generated a voice unlike that of Jack Nicholson’s character in Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman film
